Our Kobe beef steaks use only A5 grade, and the style of choosing your favorite cut is popular. Each steak is cooked to the optimal level for that cut, infused with the aroma of wood-fired grilling, and delivered to your table under a glass dome. *The main meat dish is provided with a satisfying volume of 160g, combining roast beef and steak.

Before that...

First, enjoy amuse-bouche and a welcome drink on the 1st floor

First, we will serve amuse-bouche made with A5 grade Kobe beef and a welcome drink on the first floor with the wood-fired grill. You can choose between draft sparkling rosé and non-alcoholic cassis soda for your drink. The course meals will be served after moving to your seat on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

Two kinds of roast beef

Our homemade roast beef is served in two styles: "diced sliced" and "thickly sliced." The "diced sliced" is served with our homemade gravy sauce on a warm iron plate. The "thickly sliced" is placed on tart dough and served with a sake lees and wasabi sauce, finished with an egg yolk sauce.
